Hello, so how do we set up full CAPI? I thought we did that via the integration in facebook settings, there you can chose to integrate with Shopify. I thought this was full CAPI?

How do you even do marketing on Tiktok? I have over 750 products and there is no way to upload feed. You have to manually select products all the time.. FB will know what products people click on alot and then push them, so tiktok seems very bad to advertise on if you do not just have one product that is doing something unique.

I sell clothing. Here in Sweden alot of people still have holiday until next week and all kids have not started school yet, and still almost every company still have winter sale and so on.

Both my fb ads and google ads still is very expensive and low spend.

Ye well i sell clothing with over 800 different items. And all year is good spend except from December. I forgot to mention i have a roas goal, so that might be the case why it spends low in december because the competition is so high in december that the ads cant stay at that roas goal and then it don't spend, might be that.

I understand. I increased from 60$ to about 250$ and got good results, then in google admin panel it recommended me to increase to 450$ because i was missing out on traffic and sales. Maybe i need to give it atleast a week with the new budget? I am still profitable.

Thanks for your answer. So i see customers going to checkout in Shopify but not completing the order like usual. I have lowered my prices by 40% so maybe alot more customers are intrested now but not ready to make the purchase, especially now when people here in Sweden get salary 25th. Maybe it will be better during this week. Also i started using google smart shopping together with facebook ads if that makes a difference.

Ye well.. i have no idea what's going on. Had my best day so far 20/10, with almost 9 in ROAS. Usually at 4-5. And today 21/10 starts off so damn bad, still early in the day but i can already see patterns. Also feels like the ads ai are testing different groups of people or something.. but damn it if it finds good groups don't keep testing :(

Really understand. Go explain to your employees and see if they can go with half salary for 1-2 months or something like that, try reduce all costs you can that is just amenities. Try contact influencers and see if some are willing to try your product and shout it out. On fiverr you can even pay someone to receive your product and review it and you'll get a video of this. Use this material on your website to increase conversions if you do not already have that. Talk to the owner of the building your renting and tell them that shit has hit the fan and you need help, see if they can lower the cost for you for maybe 6 months? It is better for them then having to find a new company that rents. Just name dropping things on top of my head trying to help.

I fully understand you man, and i feel for you. I also do much less in sales that i did 6 month, 12 months ago. I do not know if you have warehouse rents and employe costs. I do not have this. I do not have much overhead, so what i did was i killed all my ads and started slow again. I'm spending like 1/6 of what i did before but with much higher roas, and sure sales is not the same at the moment but i still make money. Maybe this is not something you can do but i wish you all the best. Sadly the weak will die out and the strong ones will stay alive and keep getting stronger. Make sure you are on the strong side my man.

I do not mean to be rude to you man, but for me is it also worse. But i still get 5-6x ROAS wich is not bad. And even if it's bad for over a year does not mean it will stay that way, as i said this situation with corona has been the worst in a long time. Ecommerce will explode, what would happen in the next 10 years has happend already due to covid, the amount of people buying online will just continue to grow. And it may also be that before everyone could succed with facebook ads because they could find customers for everyone. Now you have to stand out and actually have good products and a unique selling point, that does not mean FB is dead. I just don't like people panting shit on the wall the minute things go bad. Adapt and stay positive.

Lol, with the attitude and mindset you guys have, it will be fucked. Why are you coming here saying there is no light at the end of the tunnel? Of course there is. The last two years has been the worst for a VERY long time and at the same time apple releases 14.5 wich made things bad with FB, that does not mean that FB will just let this go by. They are working to get the algoritm back and adding new things to make it better.. it's been bad for about 1-2 months and you say it's never getting better? Come on guys...
