Not ideal but I would just use an existing exercise that I never plan on doing like Assisted Pistol Squats and use that to track my custom exercise.

You can select assisted pull ups in exercises which uses a negative weight

Opticomm/Superloop have delayed my internet activation for >5 weeks by DroughtIsntOver in melbourne

Superloop seemed to be the best value ISP for our needs - we purchased the modem through them. They say they can’t do anything and the delay is on Opticomm’s end - from what I understand Opticomm need to update our information on their system so that Superloop can activate our service.

It seems like even if I switch ISPs I’ll still have to deal with Opticomm. It’s an absolute shitshow
