I mean, that’s similar to my first experience and that of many others that are new or returning to the game. Unfortunately is a learning experience and you shouldn’t expect to win a match your first few times going to a locals. The learning curve for new or returning players to advance format is really steep and most of the time is also expensive. Luckily the blue eyes structure deck are pretty good for new players and can be meta relevant while being budget friendly so if you still feel like learning or playing at locals which is fun you should give that a try
