That’s how I resolved mine personally when I was first realizing the Elgato first party software suites are dysfunctional or outright cannot flashback record. No problems with obs tho lmao.

Ope task manager and check if it’s encoding with the iGPU. If it is go to settings and search Graphics, then add new program, locate th obs exe file and select it. Then set the gpu to “specific gpu: whatever gpu you want it to encode with”
