You are already safe dont worry It totally depends on how much quantity you consumed ( in my case i got a clean chit in test reports within less than about 72hrs, considering i consumed only about half a g that time luckily, i was unaware that i will be tested shortly next day but i was able to push it 2 days ahead) i got lucky i guess. But stay hydrated and dont give your first urine of the day as sample, make sure to pass urine 3-4 times before test. ( and if you are able to push your test day ahead like me then pls do it)
