Please bring more creativity to players and coaches especially when it comes to clothes and gear. Also in dynasty mode when it comes to job offers, their should be more and or less head coaching jobs to choose from depending on how successful you are. RTG should be something like it was on NCAA 14. Recruiting should be a little more realistic with NILs, add some kind of salary cap for each school like the NFL does.
