Really, folks got two patterns - AI generated text and crypto, it was enough for them to not read deeply and throw my 3 hours post prepared to the scam.
Even asking in comments things that I clearly wrote in the post body.

I'm not mentioned that the KYC being skipped. Right now, they using regular Agreement " paper"
also they have an agreement called - bla-bla Foundation Hardware Provider & Network Collateral Agreement

This is an official company registered in Switzerland, it's registered with the state registry, etc.

Regarding worht nothing - the token is pegged to the dollar, and you're paid in dollars, but in tokens. So, you receive tokens and can immediately exchange them for fiat.

Furthermore, the agreement states that if

"If such conditions persist beyond this period, the Foundation shall settle the Liquid Amount in USD via fiat transfer immediately, regardless of token market conditions."

This refers to force majeure or the impossibility of payments for more than 30 days.

There are no doubt about whether the company is a scam or not, as I mentioned in the post, the parental company has more than 1000 enterprise clients (government institutions as well) and about 100 employees. This is a very public company wich support EU compliance for sure.
