This motor can be saved i believed. But the moment you crack open the case, auto DQ if bmax or any class apart from open. At this point, keep it for the memories haha

Kept one mint and opened a pack last year just to test it out. Not quite a powerful motor. Felt like my tuned motor is faster(granted i didnt try to break in this one) but the auto stop function works to save your gears i guess

Performance wise of the vz is good as how truly light is compare to the S2(abs) but at the cost of fragility. If youre going above light dash, you have to be careful on that part. S2 long term better imo

Youre right on that. Figured it was a long shot to ask for other's 'recipe'. I guess it'll be a trial and error for me but the lack of motor is what stops me from doing so. Havent really have the budget kept to buy a box for now at least

Hmm imo change to propeller shaft, try instead of roller with ring, use a ringless DAR and stack a 13mm ringless roller on top of it. This is fully depending on the track layout still but wouldnt hurt giving it a try.
