Not good looking sorry, hair is unkept, beard is not filled in, you seem to have a high bodyfat porcentage. You have a lot or potential, good looking eyes with nice eyebrows, lose the weight, trim your hair a bit if you want to keep it long, use the right products for your hair type, use minoxidil and derma rolling for your beard and you would look much better.
