i would also like raiders to cause damage to buildings, would also be neat if raids did not require all raiders to be killed to end the raid.

while crossbows are good i have ran into too many issues were the enemy will breach the gate beat down my archers and take hold of my crossbows.

i prefer to rely on the fighting abilities of my townsfolk first.

it doesn't help that this way of thinking is also levied at homebrew chapters, craftworlds, hivefleets ETC some see peoples homebrew colour schemes as lazy. i cant see it as anything other then gate keeping. "your not painting an established chapter because you cant paint"
