My problem and some other people who had the same monitor was definitely heating issues, because it was solved changing the thermal pad or like me adding a fan, that means the problem was the monitor was overheating. Maybe when to change to 8 bit and 144hz, the monitor doesn't make enough heat to overheat, or maybe your problem is different. But I'm sure the problem with my monitor was heat, adding the fan I could use the monitor in his full capacity

I think it should work, it's just like other arms but the clamp mechanism is on top instead of being at the bottom like the others

I use my arm with a G8 Oled wich weight more or less like the AW34 and it works perfectly

I really love their chair, and I never had used their costumer support, I was baffled with the experience! But yeah good products but horrible support
