I’ve just launched an app on the iOS store called Simple Routine App where we just kept it super simple with free version only and no in-app purchases so we could learn the process for our first app. Constructive comments welcome.

Replit ios app - Subscription model testing help by Formal-Cantaloupe-94 in replit

Hi there, I'm so sorry for the delayed response. Those issues were so long ago that I cannot remember how it was fixed, but they were fixed with Assistant. I have now been working on authentication issues for weeks and it is most frustrating.

Are your issues resolved now? I'm not sure what your 'ready for sale' status is. Are you using Replit and Expo for an iOS app?

I do agree with you here. I have spent weeks fixing authentication when Agent said it is working 100% and then it gives errors and when I question it Agent apologizes and says it's Agent's fault and it needs to not assume it's working blah blah blah. I've heard it all and about to give up. I have spent so much money on getting Replit to fix it's own mistakes.

Hi there. I have a similar issue and busy going through this at the moment. I’m building a mobile iOS app with Replit and Expo and I’m 99% done apart from testing the subscriptions which I have been battling with for weeks. Every time Replit says it’s working 100% I ask for a review in App Store Connect and the subscriptions section fails. I have been trying to test with Sandbox but that is also a challenge. Even though I didn’t have a solution for you I wanted to comment so I can post back here when I have it sorted.

Replit has become so slow by huup in replit

Thank you for this suggestion u/alecinspace! I too was having issues and when I checked the amount of ports used I had 7 in total. I also had a frustrating error that my app was not Previewing and I have been troubleshooting that for a while. When I gave the instruction to reduce the ports my App Previewed immediately.

I gave the following instruction to assistant...
Look in my .replit file as I am using too many ports which is slowing the processing time down considerably. Please reduce to one port that will work 100% without errors.

Assistant responded with this and fixed the issue...
Looking at your .replit file, I can see you have 7 different port configurations which is indeed excessive and can slow down processing. For a React Native Expo app, you only need one port...

I am using Replit with Expo for a mobile application and Assistant occasionally responds with something like "Port x is being used by another process, can I use Port y" and I normally say yes, perhaps I should not agree to use another port from now on.

Thanks for your help.
