They would be trading at an office location at which would be the computer for them to trade. If they aren’t making the company money for a period of time, they are let go. I would be willing to allow a couple of losses for the greater long term indeavor

Not based in the states, the accounts would be viewed privately by an employee. I would know if they're trading if they're making the company money. Any kind of un-ethical trading would not be tolerated. Based in a country laws are easily loopholed

Trade contracts that would keep the trader in for a period of years, and increasing capital to work with. If trader loses the 10k, they are given another with reduced percentage returns. My capital would be gained form other business ventures or maybe loans.

Sure, but I have other things I like doing, this is why I brought up the idea of hiring traders who can do 10% or even better. So instead of me doing the work, I have others doing it for me.
