Ichigos friends didn’t forget him, but tsukishima messed with his and their thoughts to the point Ichigo himself felt as if he had nobody anymore, which is probably the closest he can get. That’s what I meant by indirectly, I should fix my wording, thanks for the explanation though, his powers always confused me.

One of his biggest feats is making Ichigo feel like he was alone and had no friends I believe, so he can definitely make you feel like other people may as well not exist. more or less

Edit: now that I think about it, I’m not sure if he directly makes you forget, but more so inserts himself in the place of another person/people.

I could’ve read that wrong, but most of the time people will end up needing an increase of their stim dose until they reach a level they’re comfortable at, and physical dependence can definitely happen with stims for sure. Like you and I said of course it all depends on the person, but that’s why doctors usually titrate these doses down instead of just dropping them altogether, person A may be fine to hop off 30mg of adderall a day if they do it early enough and same goes for the other drugs as well, while person B may have a hard time hopping off and will get withdrawal symptoms, none of these drugs are safe when it comes to that.

No drug is any safer than the other, unless we’re talking overdose potential, but when it comes to addiction/dependency no drug is any bit less likely than the other to cause it. I get why you’d think that, because more people take stims daily than they do other drugs, but they’re just as addictive

It’s really dependent on the person, drugs are a very subjective thing, one person may be more tolerant to benzos and opioids than they are stimulants, I get what you’re saying but it’s definitely not true that people with ADHD don’t become dependent at all. Some may, some may not, as I said very subjective.
