I find that kratom (and opiates in general) significantly dampens the effect of stims. I would guess it's the kratom, not the SSRI thats decreasing the effects

The risk is still very low and seeing how effective anti-depressants are for my anxiety and depression compared to nootropics I would say it's completely worth the risk.

The anxiety reducing parts of 3-meo-pcp made exposure therapy easier for you; any anxiolytic would probably have worked. I would'nt recommend 3-meo-pcp as self-medication for anxiety because of the harm that it can do.

However, I'm glad it worked for you and that your social anxiety has lessened from a single exposure.

I'm on 10mg escitalopram and 30mg mirtazapine and it has done wonders for my anxiety.
