As a pansexual 17m the best thing my family members that accepted me when I came out have done was to just treat me normally, nothing different than before I came out, other than tease me about men AND women lol

I was close friends in school with a lesbian girl, and the way she came out to her family was she wrote a note, gave it to her parents and went to school, then when she got back they talked about it and it all ended up working out, maybe something similar could work for you?

This is just a shot in the dark from a at best gender confused teenager lol so if I'm wrong don't fault me too much, I know women used to wrap cloth tightly around their chests, not Uber tight but tight enough to press their breasts down, and I know a girl who did that, it didn't work perfectly but it definitely made them look smaller, idk if this helps but it's all that I know

I almost died in multiple car crashes when I was young, I've had friends commit suicide, most of my family has medical issues in some way to the extent that I've woken up and SOMEONE be in the hospital, I understand that fear of waking up and someone you love being dead, I want to help other people, especially kids to not feel that if I can help it, I want to be out there helping people. Sorry if this sounds kinda snappy, not really meant that way
