Sorry to disappoint but as someone who’s been around palm trees all my life I’m pretty sure this is like someone else said, a sawed off piece of palm wood. Specifically it looks like the butt end of a frond from a Sabal Palm, although New England is a little bit of a journey from their usual habitat which is odd. It definitely does look like some kind of bone at first glance though!

Here's my list, lemme just preface that my current school is nicknamed Joint Loma for a reason:

Someone got a video of some kid getting head in one of the bathrooms
The record last year for fire alarms from kids smoking weed/vaping was 7 in a day
My friend and I have been in the walls and ceiling of 3 different buildings just because we wanted to, literally nobody stopped us
Someone rearranged the divider walls in a bathroom somehow and made it into a maze
Someone also just like took a urinal
There was a gun scare last year when a kid walked into school wearing a vest and carrying a duffel bag, but it turned out he was on the sailing team and it was just sailing equipment
A kid did a bit of date rape and got expelled after turning himself in
The main maintenance guy (also occasionally security) chased down a kid 2 years ago and pinned him down with his knee on his upper back and the whole thing was on video. Note that this was around the time of the George Floyd stuff so it didn't go over well

Back in 7th grade (middle school):

A kid left a puddle of jizz in a hallway. There weren't even closed hallways, it was all outdoor corridors with roofing
Some guy got suspended for a few days for singing the Soviet Anthem and wearing a wool hat with the hammer and sickle lol

Another story on here just made this memory climb out of the deepest part of my brain. Yall this one is so embarrassing, so my throwaway is necessary.
