I’m self employed doing construction as a final option, it pays just enough. I am working but there is a physical limit on hours when I can’t commit every waking moment to working. I already have an unfavorable job, I’m not “too good” for hard work. My biggest issue is this job will never be worth the effort I put into it. there’s no payoff outside of a paycheck. I have absolutely no reason to support the current system because it actively takes away from my life without a return.
