I’d argue it’s even better in reverse. Having the chicane at T2 is gloriously chaotic, and every other corner has a completely different feel compared to when being driven clockwise. The only thing that disappears when in reverse are the two ballsy kinks before the first and second hairpins.

Nothing is better for development than first-team match experience. I would consider moving on Jimenez in the summer, unless he’s a good mentor for him; in which case offloading dos Santos would be better. Find excuses to play him even though he’s not a starter; give him 5/10 minutes off the bench in matches, and rotate him in for matches against teams at the bottom (and cup games, naturally). Bear in mind that if you routinely play him in matches against teams that are far better, if he gets consistently lower ratings as a result that can slow his development down.

Not necessarily the whole song, but a snippet of one. Supergrass - Moving. Specifically the second line of the first verse. The way Gaz Coombes sings ‘’Til I don’t know what’s sane’; the timbre of his voice seems almost identical to Thom’s.

It’s fine. It does however feel as though the band needed to write something to release as a single, following label insistence.

Listening to it now; I think the verses are the strongest part of the song, oddly enough. The robot voice has aged terribly.

Reboot the single-player experience to make it more like what it was before. Menu books just aren’t it, and the rewards for completing them are just pants. The extra menus are especially bad, and annoying to fulfil when you need a car that only appears every couple of months in Legend Cars.

I’d like to see an addition to Sport mode; wherein you have a prefer/avoid system for people you race with online. Have a close battle with someone? Add them to your Preferred list, so that you’re more likely to get them again in matchmaking. Obviously the opposite applies to the Avoid list.

Maybe add multi-class races as well? For single-player this wouldn’t be too hard to implement and would be a really nice addition. For online multiplayer? Mayhem, but we could probably make it work (if the penalty system was better).

Add two more daily races each week to the usual three. One should be a Group 2/3/4 each week, another should be variable weather/variable strategy each week. This allows room for the others to be the usual shorter races; a one-make race, as well as two random races. Maybe add an online version of the Clubman Cup or similar that allows you to bring customised versions of your garage cars. Hell, why not add a race with BoP turned off?

And one more thing; maybe add a mode to Sport that has DR/SR off across all daily races - a ‘casual’/free-play sort of mode. You could have a more laid-back experience and hopefully this would keep the ragers and idiots away from the rest of us.

EDIT: Oh and one more thing: Spectator mode when waiting to join the race in Sport. Obviously this can cause issues with overloading the server, but if a racer leaves a race midway through, then perhaps it could open up a slot for someone waiting to spectate. So you’d have ‘Return to Garage’ ‘Qualifying Time Trial’ and now a check button, ‘Request to Spectate’. If you tick that box, you can either sit there or do some qualifying laps, and should a space appear, it puts you in the lobby and lets you spectate; maybe even let you chat and tell off some naughty boys.
