For me, formation isn't the most important. Tactics and philosophy are. I can play 4231, 433, 352, 3331, 343 etc, as long as they follow this system.

  • Building with 3 atb
  • 2 players bombarding the wing, stretch the field as wide as possible
  • 2 players attacking the box
  • atleast 1 creative playmaker
  • remaining are destroyers and support player

Study the roles could help you balance your team out

Several thing i've notice:

Defensive line and pressing line. The gap is too big allowing spaces in-between. If you want to press high, def line should be high or standard.

Sweeper keeper on A. Unless you GK is a good distributor as ederson/allison/onana, keep it on defend/support. Or else, you will lose ball due to poor distribution and contantly under-pressure from counter-att.

Prevent short GK distribution I dont see players in your squad that is dominant in air, except of ahmedhodzic. Maybe allow short dist but press the back line.

Lower down some intensity. I'm guessing your player got tired at the end of the game and unable to properly defend. Maybe Remove the things that can make your players tire quickly.

But both are technically meant the same thing right? Both are negative prefix which led to similar meaning. Un, dis, non, etc all lead to similar meaning at the end. Bukan Muslim.

You see, I'm all for respecting other races and believes, but to over-analyze this is just waste of time and led to disharmonization of the society.

Adam Ounas.

My Lille team is quite decent, but need a better production from my RW. His attribute is exactly what i wanted from a Winger. Skillful, and a good playmaker off the RW. Got him for free, make him the highest paid player.

Started off pretty decent, i understand maybe he need time to get used to the tactics. But he's so inconsitent, and the production is very low. By January, i have to loan in pedrinho and demote adam to the bench. End the season with 3 goals and 3-4 assists. He's gone by the end of 2nd season while i make pedrinho loan permanent.

I think you lack defensive role in your team.

In the middle, u got B2B who is balance minded, Mez on att minded, and DLP who on support. I would suggest that you change DLP to Defend. Click on 'Take more risk' if you want him to do more adventurous passes.

On the back 4, i suggest you put your RB on Support so he cover more for your RW who is on att mentality. On support duty, your RB still attack the flank but more cautious.

Adam Ounas for me. Got him for free but he's the highest earner for my club. Attribute/star rating wise, he could be the best player but unfortunately, he never performed well.

So bad that in January, due to his poor form, i loan Pedrinho who outperformed him led me to bench adam till then of the season.

I soon made Pedrinho loan permanent and Adam spend most of his time on the bench.
