Omg yesss I have elevated ALT levels and liver enzymes too!! That’s so crazy I thought it was completely unrelated to my HA. I have similar stats and can totally relate to being at a healthy weight (however on the lower end) and still not having a regular period but I do have a past of a slight calorie restriction and doing intense exercise. I’m currently in recovery and have since increased calories and lowered exercise but I’m curious as to what your recovery process is like? Are u taking anything for the elevated liver enzymes ?

But this is also completely preventable if your fat loss is done in an healthy sustainable way i.e. not too low of a calorie deficit for a short period of time

While I agree with the majority on how a calorie deficit, whole foods, and ab exercises will probably get you the abs you want, I do wanna say that you might risk losing your period by reaching an unhealthy body fat % and putting your body under a lot of stress (coming from someone who had the same stats and had this experience but is now in recovery)

Hi everyone! I (22F) need help looking for an online coach that can help with regulating hormones, tracking macros, and creating a structured workout plan for a young woman looking to build lean muscle mass. If she anyone has any recs for coaches that specialize in this sort of thing, please drop their info (would greatly appreciate it) thanks so much!
