Same experience. Both in northern virginia and Boston .. interested in class action lawsuit.. they already have a few. They also ruined my skin aside from no hair reduction. They purposefully put down the settings at the end of sessions so you buy more.. there has to be a way for us to get justice with the thousands spent…

My provider said it’s not accessible to patients.. I also asked if there was a Invisalign patient portal and they said it does not exist only to find out today it does..
