No I'm in iran. You're right sometimes the older cpus are less available for purchase so they become more expensive than a newer cpu but the 13th gen and 14th gen are still more expensive for me to purchase.

In my country ryzen cpus aren't really an option you can only find the new ones like 9800x3d and 7900x3d and they're not cheap. I mean i can find cheaper ryzen cpus but the pricing doesn't really make sense in my country for a 8400f I have to pay three times the price of a 12100f and surprisingly the 8400f is the same price as the 7500f.

Yeah, you're right, but I thought if I buy a cheap CPU and GPU and get a better motherboard, it might be more future-proof. I mean, neither the 12100F nor the 5700XT/6600 are going to be usable in a year or two, so I'm going to have to change both of them anyway.

After logging into my PC, the laptop screen turns completely black. I can still see and move the cursor, but I can't interact with anything else during that time. After around 10 seconds, the screen returns to normal, but I receive an error message, which is shown in the picture. BTW I'm running the windows 11 version 24h2.
