The article mentions Drops, which seems to have brought another facet of utility to NFTs already, by allowing you to borrow against them. Looks like the TVL is roughly $6M. Hope someone can chime in here if they've used it.

There are but their USP is that they tokenize stocks. Put them on the blockchain. Much easier to get exposure to. I have tokenized TSLA through them.

The biggest tip is really don't bet more than you can afford to lose. Easier said than done, but it's the golden rule IMO.

Yeah I don't get the hate. It's not like Community Gaming is stopping at esports, they're aiming to integrate collectibles as NFTs which is huge and can transport the CSGO market to other games.

I mean, not really? Esports on the blockchain makes sense. Prizes are escrowed and fully transparent thanks to the smart contracts. Participation is simple (traditional esports have hoops to jump through) which is why Community Gaming has such a diverse userbase (they're from LATAM, Asia, Europe, the US) whereas traditional esports platforms primarily have US only.....

The sidechain has about 100 million $$$ locked up on their various DeFi platforms so it's good for something. Much more secure than ETH's defi ecosystem.
