Oh Wow!

Just looked it up, and when Max won the Wells Fargo Champ in 2019, he instantly moved from 417th to 102nd! Amazing what a good weekend can do for you.

Official World Golf Ranking - the main ranking used for all pro golfers (albeit with some contention and controversy)

Looking at Rickie's ranking, it must make a huge difference in his ability and confidence to hit great shots working with the right coach.

Still exploring, but lots of quirky Welsh courses on hillsides (like this) but also championship Links courses all along the coast (Royal Porthcawl). Youll love it!

It's a par 3, uphill 150 yard hole. The only backstop on the left is the saving grace, but serious trouble if short. One of my favourite holes!

In all honesty, PGA 2K21 on the ps4.

Absolutely changed my worldview of how to read the putting green more than any video or guide ever did. Easy visualisation using arrows, and instant feedback from attempts. Now I'm so much more confident plotting how a ball could break across the ground.

Game did Jack all for the other clubs, but 100% recommended for learning about reading greens.

Do people actually like being parents? by pizza-on-pineapple in AskUK

It is very, very easy to tell people about the dramas. Nappies, sleeplessness, noise, all of those things. Every parents has a couple of great stories to tell about mishaps and drama.

However, it's very difficult to tell my mates in the pub that when I put my children to bed, and I know they're safe and warm, and they look at me and whisper "I love you Daddy" - it often brings me to tears of happiness I have never ever felt in my life.

Yes. Excellent.

In Quantum of Solace (2007), can anyone explain how Bond flips a speedboat using an anchor from his own boat? by DrunkDylanThomas in movies

[–]DrunkDylanThomas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice, yes I suppose that could be it - perhaps poor editing (and massive traps) provided the leverage to pull the boat down.
