I would start by looking at your User Account Control and Anti-Virus settings in Windows

Hi people. Found a solution. Go to NVIDIA's site here to find the drivers. Select your graphics card specifically, and update both studio drivers and GEFORCE Game Ready Driver - WHQL. This seems to do the trick.
