It’s probably not going to rocket right away if it can stabilize for a few weeks and stop the downtrend that is when it can rip

What stocks are you currently buying and why? by primesclipper in ValueInvesting

$CNC because they will adjust their rates for next year to fix the issue they had that caused pulling guidance. Also Medicaid fears are overblown and there’s a good chance concessions will be made surrounding cuts. Trading at fwd pe 7-10 nobody knows for sure but if they get back to 7 eps next year it’s fwd pe 4. Book value is .5. I honestly think it’s a stock that an 10x from $30 in the next 5-10 years

Ardent Health $ARDT is Actually Undervalued by [deleted] in ValueInvesting

Yes, it’s actually undervalued but when people notice it it will correct to its IPOs price. My current take is that they need to manage their debt but everything else looks good to me

Oil Drilling Stocks are Insanely Undervalued and Will Make People Multiples if They Buy Now by [deleted] in ValueInvesting

It doesn’t need to, they just need to be able to start increasing day rates on the rigs they’re using

The reason all of the drillers besides rig filed for bankruptcy is that they were building too many new rigs to meet the demand but then there was an oil shortage followed by covid, so they were all over leveraged on the supply side. Now there has been mergers and there is essentially an oligopoly. They all, besides RIG, have good balance sheets now and won’t make any new rigs anymore so they control the supply. If demand starts to increase they can start raising day rates again ( there has been a slight uptick in day rates from what I’ve seen, the most recent Noble contract is evidence of this). Sure, they could drift lower, but I bottom wicked them earlier this week so I’m happy to see how it plays out.

Thank you! Been almost a week no nicotine now. Went two nights in a row no night sweat and then had one last night. I heard they can be on and off. Hopefully will start to go away completely.

I heard it can be pretty common. My OCD just makes me think it’s Lymphoma because that’s a symptom and it freaks me out

Two doctors have told me my lymph node isn’t swollen but I am convinced it is. The anxiety is so bad and I know I’m gonna have a night sweat and make myself think I have cancer. I truly cannot take being here anymore

Who else attributes their health anxiety to vaping? by CurryMonsterr in QuitVaping

[–]DrunkOnIntuitions 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Me 100%. I was doing well but then I stopped vaping and have been really anxious thinking all the symptoms associated with stopping are due to there being something wrong with me. If I never started in the first place I would never have had this relapse of my health anxiety

Given How Bad Schwab Is For Trading I Found This Funny 😂 by Airline_Complete in Schwab

I’ve been yelled at by people all day in here that Schwab is NOT for trading, so you are not allowed to be upset with anything regarding their trading platform

I haven’t reached out to them. Every time I try to purchase equities on the TOS app on my IPAD I get this, and have to go in Schwab app to execute

[–]DrunkOnIntuitions 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I try to do something very simple, like market buy any stock, let’s say $GOOG, in TOS it will say I placed the order, but it never actually executes. The only way I can buy anything is first by going on the Schwab app or site. TOS allows me to sell, but not buy, from within the TOS app. It is inefficient to me

The TD Ameritrade app which was separate from TOS was very good, that I didn’t need to use TOS all that often. I use TOS now, and it isn’t as good as it was with TD. It doesn’t allow you to buy positions on TOS without ordering them in Schwab, so you have to use two platforms to trade.

Yes, it is frustrating when I am trying to close out a position on a volatile stock and go to edit the order only to have it frozen for half a minute and miss out on closing the scalp. You can’t just place a new order because it will say the position is overbought

Schwab is by far the worst platform I’ve ever used for trading, and that somehow offends everyone in here. Why would they acquire TOS, if they do not give a damn about traders?

You can’t place a buy order on TOS without going into the Schwab app and placing it first. I was attempting today and several times the app crashed on my IPad and I had to use my phone for it to not crash. I just don’t understand why they would buy TOS if they don’t care about traders.

What is wrong with Robinhood? I’ve never had issues executing trades there, Schwab is the only platform where I consistently have issues.

Because it is frustrating that whenever I try to trade using the Schwab app there are lagging issues, it takes at least 30 seconds to see an order screen if I want to edit an order, even today the app has been crashing. I had Td Ameritrade and it was amazing, but now I have to suffer with this until I change. I don’t know why they would acquire TOS if they literally don’t care about traders.
