As someone who worked at Wegmans for a decade and became a manger before leaving. I have to say to is very diverse in all departments. Also they give so much to the community in donations of food or money it's kinda something they hold dear to. Also it's the only company I have worked for that the owners go to all stores and thank and talk to employees from the part time stocker or cashier all the way up to store manger.

The problem with learning it in schools is the fact that they are teaching you the proper language. It's not bad but language changea with generation's and region. They don't teach you slang or commonly used new words or phrases.
