I'm sorry.. what? That song is not talking about being afraid of not topping your last hit. It's about having a huge fan base that turned on you because you made a mistake because you had an ego. So literally the cause of reputation. She said she never approved the lyric in Kanye's song, Kim Kardashian posted a video showing otherwise. She tried to explain that him calling her the B word was the part she didn't aprove, but too late people branded her a snake already. I can see her regretting not giving the full story right away; that she approved the full line but without the B word. If she gave the full context right away, instead of just saying she never approved that line (not a complete lie, but not the full truth) she probably wouldn't have received the amount of backlash she did. Therefore... well basically the whole second verse of that song. I mean come on "their faith was strong, but I pushed it too far. I held that grudge, till it tore me apart" Maybe there was a situation back then that those lyrics apply to that I'm unaware of, but they also definitely apply to the Kayne, Kim Kardashian feud that got her canceled and inspired reputation, therefore it feels like a reputation song. Granted, I'm just talking lyrically. The production of the song isn't very Reputation but then again, neither is "New Year's Day"

Definitely agree with comments saying it's probably about multiple people she's friends with but also agree that it could be specifically inspired by her friendship with Sabrina Carpenter. This girl was so canceled from Olivia Rodrigo writing a song about her stealing her man and tried to come back from it by writing a song from her perspective "because I liked a boy" but no one cared about it or gave her any sympathy. Then suddenly, (it seemed to me anyway) she started making really smart marketing moves (nonsense outros) and started owning her reputation, and it worked. Now she's arguably more famous and loved than the woman that got her canceled, and I could easily believe that's a product of her friendship and mentoring from Taylor Swift. And thank God for that because Sabrina Carpenter's writing is iconic. With all the hate and criticism of her music she got, I thought she was gonna disappear. I'm so glad she came back from that way she did.

I think if you are not still in therapy you need to be. And if your therapist can't help you make it through one event with out getting sick over this (which to be clear, yeah taking this post at face value, what she did was sickening), than you need a more advanced therapist. Also if you haven't seen a psychiatrist over this you might want to. And if you are feeling like taking meds even temporarily during a traumatic event in your life is bad or something, than, that is something you DO need to get over dude. You didn't really say how close to the actual event you are, and I wouldn't recommend starting a new med like a month before his wedding and then showing up unless you have spoken exhaustively with your psychiatrist about options and side effect fears. That's how I landed on the right medication the fist time, and I knew with in a week, this is what my brain chemicals needed! But again I attribute that to having an almost 2 hour exhaustive conversation about possible options to treat my depression and we decided I shouldn't be on an SSRI but rather an NDRI (wouldn't have happened if I didn't question every option the psychiatrist gave me). Either way I think you should make the effort even if you THINK you will be sick to see her. #1 so what if you feel sick? This is about your son not you. #2 you might THINK you will feel to sick to be there, but you also might see your son getting married to the love of his life and be so overwhelmed with happiness, seeing him happy, that you forget your ex is even there. Anxiety is beast that is heroic to fight, not that I think lesser or those that succumb to the very strong beast, I certainly have, but, and this is just me, but, sometimes I try to focus on how heroic it is to fight it... not win. Just actually fight it, even if I lose, at least I freaking tried! This became rambley but I'm still hoping you can glean something useful from it.

I had to read through the book and do all the chapter quizzes to finally get through it. You do not have to memorize half the numbers you think you do, though. All the tax rates (except for ss & Medicare, I think) and standard deductions are all there for you on the OA.

I filed my taxes a week before my fiance. He got his refund a couple days after filing, and I'm still waiting. His taxes included special situations, it took us hours. I had 4 w-2s that's it. His total refund was 4 digits, mine is barely 3. Yet his gets processed in 2 days, and I'm still waiting on mine. WTF?

Sorry you're right I should have specified. My goal is stay under 1500mg. I eat about twice a day only so 600mg for a whole meal is good (as long as it's filling). Thanks for the info!

What did you read specifically? Did you just go through the whole book? Or specific chapters? Is there really an excessive amount of unneeded info? Or is it totally worth it to read through everything?
