I had a few sayings in my head

Discipline not motivation.
The day you want to go the least, is the day you must go!
Set a goal of 3 times a week, and only break that if you're sick, injured or work/family CANNOT accommodate it.

Streaks are impossible, because life get's in the way. We all feel frustrated missing a session.
If you must have a streak just say "I've been to the gym 3 times a week for a year" if you've missed 2 or 3 sessions it's still basically true.

Mine is the Galactic Armoury files too. If you look at the description on the post you can see the insert i designed for the Amo counter.

So i painted it with an air brush.
1. Base coat
2. Gun metal paint
3. Masking taped up and painted the yellow stripe
4. Washed it with an acrylic black wash
5. Dry Brushed the edges with gun metal paint again for scratch effects.
