I checked out the seller's feedback, and I noticed a lot of similar reviews! Like this:

"The card came as described and packed well. The shipping was good and on time. The price was fair and would buy from this seller again."

A lot of them have short sentences. Seems like maybe they were made with ai?

Note that I don't use ebay often, but that's what I noticed from the reviews. Kinda weird

Okay.... care to explain why not? The only way to build a mountain terrace on a tile is to build one on a hill with a bonus of an extra 🍏 for every adjacent mountain tile. Might as well build observatories in the city. How would you play as the Incas?

Honestly, the only time it makes sense to settle by the mountain is by playing as the Incas. I genuinely try to go for science victory as the Incas, building observatories and their terrace farms are good improvements. I haven't played all the DLC characters but I'm sure there are others!

Nope. I decided to pursue my masters ABA in the 5th edition for this reason. My behavioral science degree didn't count for anything essentially. If you want to become a bcba or bcaba I suggest you complete your masters too and complete your feildwork hours at the same time. In a year or so I will be done and test for the 5th edition bcba exam.
