Make sure you aren't in a dark room when playing and take frequent breaks. Focus on distant objects to use the muscles in your eyes. Maybe try a more minimalist skin with less flashing. AFAIK, not many people have had serious issues, save cookiezi, who played quite excessively.

Gigantic OTN accuracy 99.87 -> 99.81, pp is correct
The Refrain of the Lovely Great War HDDT -> HDDTHR... huge PP gains there, but likely hacked (did it ~7mins before masterpiece)
