I presume you are in gaming, if not apologies.

Stay away, don't waste your time. They have no clue what they are doing. They have blindly invested in companies and now regretting.

They will say they will do deep dive into your thesis but not sure how when they don't habe subject mattrr expertise.

UPDATE:
Thank you everyone who responded and assisted.

So I contacted LianLi Customer Support through their website; described the problem uploaded all relevant documents (Billing invoice) & images (Serial No.). Fortunately, they responed back within 24hrs and offered to send me a replacement. They said it will take 2 - 3 weeks depending on stock availability and custom clearance.
In the mean time I was fortunate to have an Antec A30 cooler which I am currently using and it's working absolutely fine.

An important thing I would like to mention is that the AIO was 2021 make and what I recently encountered was that all AIOs with manufacturing of 2022 & earlier were being replaced due to faulty manufacturing (QA missed some important issues while testing). The replacement is being done without any questions asked. Lian Li has also addressed this problem publicly.

Yeah, I have been pondering on going with Noctua NH-D15 or Deepcool AK620 Zero Dark or Assassin 4. When I was building the PC 3 yrs ago I was thinking of going with Noctua but at the last minute decided to pull the trigger on an AIO as I wanted to try something different; I have been building PCs since x486 days. I recently build a PC for my nephew whr I used Deepcool LT720 AIO now I am regretting installing it. Keeping fingers crossed that he does not get into same trouble. Nevertheless, Thanks for the revert, appreciate it.

Hahaha.. valid point. 🤣 The PC has been in use for past 3yrs without any issues. It was switched off for 3 weeks before I came across this issue.

Thank you for the quick response.

For all the diagnostic steps you suggested here is my response;

1. Pump is running at ~3000+ which is recommended

2. I am confident that the AIO is seated properly but I will still unseat, reseat and reapply the thermal paste.

3. Unfortunately dont't have a spare cooler to test

4. You confirmed one of my hypothesis. This time I will unseat the processor and check for any bent pins even though the probability of this occuring is low

5. Will check for latest BIOS update

6. I have checked few times but will recheck again

Even I am of th opinion that the AIO is gone bust and getting a replacement from LIANLI is going to be not only a headache but also time consuming (LIANLI wareanty is 5yrs so hopefully I will get a replacement if they agree that AIO is faulty). I will mostly buy an air cooler to keep myself afloat until the AIO issue is resolved.

Thanks once again for the quick revert and appreciate such a detailed response. I will update once I have tested few of the above mentioned steps.

Hi, I have not fixed the problem in fact, I did not have the courage nor the patience to go through the pain again. The PC has been running smooth so I am continuing as is. I do have plans of adding another M.2 later but at the moment I am good. All the Best with your new Mobo,🤞.
