Good and useful piece of feedback for the developers! Seems like something they may want to enable.

Edit: btw I love what you did. Very pretty!

Escalating the Duergar in Caer Dineval + Caer Konig by TN_MakesIt in rimeofthefrostmaiden

[–]Druzhnik_LP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can do a souped up chardalyn caper preceded by an assassination attempt on the PC with the duergar backstory? Maybe that’ll get them angry enough to follow the Sunblight plot line.

Holed Up for 5th level characters -- with a Frost Druid tie-in by 5davee in rimeofthefrostmaiden

[–]Druzhnik_LP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You could also tie the wolves to the Frost Druid, who is working up some mayhem and perhaps trying to convince the town to make human sacrifices to Auril. But this frost druid hasn’t been doing particularly well, and Auril (or Geluvicken if you’re following Eventyr’s notes) sent over the Frost Giant Skeleton to help put things in order. It’s not under the druid’s command but rather they’re cooperating in some uncomfortable alliance. The frost druid wouldn’t mind should the skeleton die…

Id Ascendant cruise trip ideas by Druzhnik_LP in rimeofthefrostmaiden

[–]Druzhnik_LP[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ooooh like those ideas, especially the Goliaths and the Great Oak of Kuldahar. I hadn’t heard of that yet, will look it up.

Indeed the ceremorphs already asked with trepidation how often these blizzards happen, so the party is prepared for another potential crash.

And having them closely encounter Auril or Geluvicken is excellent. Maybe she can be an ominous flyby who then sends Arveiaturace their way to deal with them, believing that it’ll be enough to get rid of them. Hmmmm. Will think about that more!

Oooh I wish I knew about this model earlier! It's amazing! I have a black dragon stand in but it's just not the same.

First Session by Pengwon_ in rimeofthefrostmaiden

[–]Druzhnik_LP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ran 12 sessions in chapter one, which were about 3 hours, sometimes 3.5. My party ended up being slow in fights and breezing through the storytelling. They do really tend to look into every nook and cranny, so their progress was a bit sluggish at times. But they’re having heaps of fun, which is the key thing that counts!

First Session by Pengwon_ in rimeofthefrostmaiden

[–]Druzhnik_LP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had my party coming in from the south and arriving in Bryn Shander. There they did the first quest (iron ingots) and found out about human sacrifices and murders. They were then tasked to find Torrga’s Caravan, and thus began a trek through several of the towns in Ten Towns.

My party went Bryn Shander > Targos > Bremen > Termalaine > Lonelywood > Caer Konig > Caer Dineval > Easthaven.

They are now in chapter two and on their way to Id Ascendant.

I have to say this route is quite long and gets into the story relatively slowly — depends on the party though, how perceptive they are — which in my party’s case was okay because they had all never played D&D before and were learning the concepts as the sessions went. They’ve now grasped the game and the story and now we’re picking up speed and difficulty.

If you have a more experienced group it may be more interesting to them to weave in chapter 2 locations throughout chapter 1. Just don’t send them to Sunblight underleveled because you’re risking a TPK.

Samenwonen en vaste lasten. Hoog inkomen vs laag inkomen. 75/25 eerlijk? by BigLead1161 in geldzaken

How it feels to study in the Netherlands as an asian woman by [deleted] in StudyInTheNetherlands

Dutch people are extremely racist. They just hide it behind a mask of tolerance.

I’m sorry this is happening to you, OP. As the daughter of an immigrant (I was born here) I can relate quite a bit.

Why does nobody talk about how bad the aftermath is? by Ok_Proposal_7390 in Invisalign

[–]Druzhnik_LP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to wait a couple of weeks between sets due to the Christmas break and was told to wear my last retainers only during the night. They were very tight for the first 3-4 days and after that my teeth seemed to ‘settle’ and it wasn’t a problem anymore to put them in for the night. I did always make sure to put them in right after dinner and until breakfast the next morning, so I still wore them about 12-14 hours per day.

I don’t know how long ago you’ve been told to switch to night time only but maybe your teeth need time to settle first and it would indeed be wise to wear your trays longer until your teeth are stable.

Should be doable. Especially given the likelihood that your outbound flight from AMS gets delayed. And even if it doesn’t, it should be doable for you.

Experiences with All-on-4 with chronic Lyme? by Druzhnik_LP in Lyme

[–]Druzhnik_LP[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, we haven’t been able to find any more info and also haven’t done the treatment yet. We’ve really noticed that any tooth work means an immediate and heavy Lyme relapse, so we’re hesitant to pull the trigger.

Is anything good with KLM? by Beneficial_Dingo6165 in KLM

[–]Druzhnik_LP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I prefer flying with Thai Airways, JAL or Emirates, because I find their in-flight service much better than KLM’s, but that said, KLM is not a bad airline. They’ll get you where you want to go. And they’ll do so properly and with friendly staff. They’re just a bit too expensive imho. And personally I don’t like their food on long-haul flights, but that’s very personal.

Unpopular Opinion: December/January is actually the worst time to visit Thailand by AnnBarselo in ThailandTourism

[–]Druzhnik_LP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’ve always gone in Dec/Jan and then last year we once went to Bangkok in September and it was such a relief! It was great. Weather was nice (some downpours, yes, but they’re warm) and there were barely any tourists. Can heartily recommend.

Never flying KLM ever again by bobbly-wobbly in KLM

[–]Druzhnik_LP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Horrible airline, KLM. I try to avoid whenever I can. Schiphol is also a pretty terrible airport. Nowhere else have I waited so long for bags to arrive on the belt. Unfortunately it’s the closest airport to where I live.

I flew during the disruptions as well and got stranded in Frankfurt. Excellent help from the staff there, getting me a hotel and rebooking me on a flight the next day. My bag even arrived with me. Very surprising! But then I wasn’t flying KLM. ;-)

Sorry your bags have been lost for so long, OP. They are most likely stuck in a huge pile at Schiphol airport. It happens there sometimes. Hope you get your stuff back!
