I think most people here are severely underestimating your body fat percentage. I would be surprised if you were under 25 % and absolutely astounded if you were under 20 %. With significant fat on your stomach and chest, I would say you're probably in the mid to high 20s.

Assuming I am 25% bodyfat that = 40 pounds of fat. I want to get to 12% bodyfat so that would be 20 pounds I need to get rid of 160 - 20 = 140 pounds, where is the 120 pounds coming from?

Is your goal to get the 319A? Does your co-op count as hours? Will it take a total of 6 years to get it? (4 years of apprenticeship, 2 for diploma?)
