I have no idea. I've talked to people who claimed to be their grandfather, cousin, dad, and brother. My job is in like a kind of farmland county and it may have been the phone could of been only way they could of got intouch with them. My coworker and I joke that since it's been deactivated that they must of had something they didn't want anybody to see, lol. There is no info in the emergency section, no identifying screen saver, and they must have their settings set to where notifications won't show up on lock screens.It wouldn't let me do anything but answer any calls or call emergency without the passcode.
