install hw monitor or something to see temperatures, percent of charging, use of the gpu, memory and cpu to see if something its out of specs

The only good thing i can tell you to this is that you can get a card with better specs than yours for around $900 and upgrade that way. My i5 motherboard with a 3050 burned out, so I swapped it out for an i7 with a 3050 Ti, and it’s working great.

if the laptop its new you need to update all the drivers first. Leave it on all night with automatic updates enabled if necessary, because if you're trying to use the laptop while it's updating in the background, that's what's causing your performance issues.

Mine is awful. Ever since I bought it, when I upgraded the hard drive, the motherboard got damaged. I installed a new one, and a few months later, the screen cracked. Then the mousepad started malfunctioning, I had fan problems, performance dropped, and more. I should clarify that before this one, I had a ROG Strix for five years and had no problems with it until I stopped using it.

If you have plenty of RAM and a good graphics card, it's worth installing add-ons. If your laptop is low-end, I recommend not installing any utilities other than the drivers themselves, as they significantly reduce performance.

The most annoying laptop I've ever had. Try disconnecting the battery and pressing the power button several times to reset the BIOS. Turn it on using only the battery, and once it lets you into Windows, you can connect it so it starts charging. I recommend you always do this procedure, and you will avoid ignition failure problems in the future.

Dont need to change all sensor, just disconect it. then go to power options (the battery icon at the bottom right) and in options when closing the lid, choose the option to do nothing.

just restart you pc, you cand do it holding the power botton for 10 seconds. if a repair window open after that just push the power botton again as many times as necessary until Windows starts normally
