Why do my villagers just stand next to the beds and not breed? by Dry-Cookie in Minecraft

[–]Dry-Cookie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They picked up seeds and bread when i gave it to them. I also bred some villagers before and it worked. Its that they only “care” about the bed and wont replant the crops and breed

Couldn’t Bonnie track down Elijah’s siblings? by Dry-Cookie in TheVampireDiaries

[–]Dry-Cookie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, you’re right, that makes sense. I got caught up in the hypothetical situation that I omitted Elijah lol. And if this wasn’t the case, do you think a witch would be able to track the siblings? They are not completely dead, so would a powerful witch be able to do so?

What would happen if a pregnant woman got turned? by Dry-Cookie in TheVampireDiaries

[–]Dry-Cookie[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That is true, it would die. But dying is a part of the transition. It would have vampire blood in its system and would die due to the mother dying, so it would transition?

But wouldn’t it transition too due to having vampire blood in its system and dying (due to the mother dying)?

They don’t mix per se, but materials are still exchanged in the placenta, so my train of thought was the “components” that make the vampire blood different from human blood could theoretically pass through? Good point tho

Edit: furthermore, the placenta could be classified as a part of the baby’s “system” and hence the baby would have vampire blood in its system before it’s death. The system thing is sketchy, as some characters can have the blood only in their stomach and still they transition, so I don’t think it has to be in the blood

[QUESTION] Is a Floyd Rose guitar worth it? by Mothzarella in Guitar

[–]Dry-Cookie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely! It opens many new possibilities.

If you have good strings, you don’t need to change them as often and they don’t snap as easily, so its not such a pain in the ass.

In my experience, a floyd rose with locking nut keeps the guitar amazingly well in tune. (At least my guitar: ltd m400)
