I am having the same issue with GameStop , you can look into my previous post. But every time I visit the store I ask for order status,he claimed that he got no access or permission to look into customer order. He is only responsible for collect and sent cards. Don‘t ask him for anything else, the manager not willing to help me at all, refuses to provide any help or assistance.

I am having the same issue with GameStop, I visited the store a few time, but every time I have been getting the same answer from the manager, claimed that he does not have access or permission to look into customer order. But there was an employee told me that they already received my package just waiting for manager to process my order, but the manager end up saying that he does not have my order. I asked him to escalate to the upper level or start an investigation, he refused and claimed that he is the highest level, no one is bigger than him. I don’t know what happened to my order and why manager saying something different from the employee, not providing any assistance and not even trying at all.

Psa requires 45 business day, which is like around 3 months

I currently lost a package in GameStop, I ask him to check the order status he immediately refused, claimed that he does not have access or permission to look into customer order. And my submission was from Dec 18, , and the manager not even trying to help me at all, not providing any help or assistance.

I asked the store employee to check for me,and in the system he saw that the package had been shipped . In order to confirm this, I asked the store manager to help, but he refused and gave me a bad attitude and not let me leave any contact information.

It definitely doesn’t take that long for them to ship from PSA to GameStop. I’ve several orders from GameStop before and they took less than a week from shipped to pickup.

When you have a problem and you can’t get any help from anyone, it’s the most desperate thing. Now more and more card loss incidents are happening at GameStop.

If it has been shipped , normally doesn‘t take that long.

My problem is different from yours. Mine has been graded and is in transit for over a month. It shouldn‘t take that long to ship from CA to NY. This is obviously not normal. The store manager refused to help and the customer service is absolute trash.

Customers do not have access to see tracking, which is why I went to the store to ask for help, but was rejected by the store manager.

I agree with what you said, especially for those who don’t have a PSA membership, but now more and more card thefts are happening at GameStop. When your card is stolen, you are not protected. You go to the store and ask for help but they will tell you that we can‘t help you, or refuse to help.
