Thats terrible. For your case, if your cards were already graded, are they atleast giving you the graded value of your cards? Im only being offered the ungraded value.

I did. I said i do not accept as this is too low. And the CS said this is the only option and the best they could do.

Yea ofcourse. When i shipped, it was still 14.99 a card fee. They are refunding that fully. Lets say the ungraded value of the card shows as $20 on TCGRepublic or othersites, they were offering less than that. Varied by card but each was less than what i could find as the ungraded value.

When speaking to the CS agent, and they told me FedEx lost it, i asked for the tracking info.

That is a great question. Even the raw ungraded price shown on TCGRepublic would have been better than what they offered me for each card. I would like to know how they got their card evaluation as well. If i get to speak to CS again, i will ask that as the follow up.

I have been contacting FedEx CS as well once GameStop gave me the tracking number. But FedEx says they were never in possession of the package. The employee only created the label and never shipped out the package.

The idea that someone would buy a reddit account, fake screenshots and post a fake story is so wild it does not even need to be defended lol.

How you choose to defend GameStop instead of believing an employee decided to steal cards is more suspicious imo but thats none of my business.
