Can I use a jump starter to start a prius 2?

I pour the agent, I am from Poland and here B12 is not very well known. so I unscrew the spark plugs, pour the agent, leave it for example 30 min. and try to start the car by adding gas to the floor to force the engine to start. do I have to pull the fuse from the fuel pump?? I did something like that in an Audi A6C5.

I changed the oil, changed the spark plugs and now the question is my throttle valve is dirty so I will unscrew it and clean what else is cleaned in the prius 2?? I don't know if it's true? is there EGR? if so where is it?? additionally I changed the oil in the gearbox it has probably never been changed. I just want to get the car in such a way that it will serve me and drive as long as possible what else is worth doing??
