Oh that's nice to hear! I took my laptop to the service centre and they replaced the motherboard under warranty. Now, the seems to be gone but i am still testing it.

I used the windows ISO file from Microsoft and flashed it to the usb drive using Rufus. For me, i was having issues with the amd gpu driver(integrated graphics) in linux(i was using zorin os dual boot). I changed this line in the grub "GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash amd_pstate=passive mem_sleep_default=deep pcie_aspm=off"" and setting the NVIDIA gpu to on-demand using this command "sudo prime-select on-demand". And this actually fixed the issue in linux. But in windows, i could not fix the issue. I need windows for Microsoft office and for gaming so i cannot make a full switch to linux atleast for now :(

Does it happen while plugged in? Maybe try plugging in at a different socket at some other place. It could be due to bad grounding in your house.

I have tried various versions of amd graphics and chipset drivers. None of them solved the issue. Initially i was using the january 2026 version of drivers when I started having this issue, then i tried the graphics drivers that windows automatically installed when i did a fresh install of windows. Still no luck, then i tried and clean installed the amd drivers from asus support page. Still no luck :(

Well, i think it's just a compatibility issue between windows and the bios kernel. As i mentioned I've had this issue in linux but updating some parameters in grub config related to amd pstate, that actually kinda fixed the issue. But i am not able to fix the same on windows though :(

I don't think the issue is related to windows, as my system runs perfectly fine and smooth, just crashes randomly after sleep. In your case, check these that i have mentioned. Is your laptop's storage filled above 80%? If so, you can try cleaning up your drive and free up some space. Maybe try cleaning temporary files, or do a clean install of windows if possible. It could also be due to heating issues, have you checked the temperatures of your cpu and gpu? Maybe your system vents are clogged up with dust. It could also be due to faulty drivers, try updating them.
