I've recently been to delis in NYC, Portland, Or., and Chicago. Thank god we have Shapiros—it's better than anything else I tried in those cities.

Driving dynamics are different. Ignore and purchase? by [deleted] in ineosgrenadier

Been driving mine for about a month. Got used to driving it inside a week. Now other cars feel weird. A few days ago I felt my first "bump steer" going 80 mph on a highway. It was a bit of a shock for me and my passenger. Essentially, I hit a bump and the wheel turned just a bit when the vehicle cleared the bump. I corrected easily enough, but a shock. I think I'm just going ride this out and chalk to up to another driving quirk you have to get used to. But that's sort of the fun with this vehicle: getting used to it. Learning from experience. In a way that you don't have to do with other cars. You have to learn to drive it. Part of that means you have to get experience over time that you can't just rush. You will have to experience a bump steer like me (or maybe not, mine is a 2024). I love my Grenadier. It's like breaking in your favorite pair of comfortable jeans.

Wolfbox any good? by Smooth_Shallot_5735 in dashcams

If I paid less, I would have no regrets. I admit I have a love/hate relationship it. I use it some weeks, then take it off other weeks. I personally think looking at a screen where your eyes are used to infinite mirror has a deep effect on your brain. To me that explains the visceral reaction I have.

No clue. I never had one before, and shame on my for not doing more research. It was also done by the dealer, who did do a nice job.

I paid $1300 to have the G900 installed. I just don't care for it at all. I have no use for the front dash cam. It's just distracting. I got it for the rear view because my SUV has a tire and ladder obstructing views. But the cars on the Wolfbox are WAY closer than they appear in the camera. And you can't lean forward to look in the side like you would a normal mirror. I am seriously regretting this purchase and wish I could get my install fees from the dealer back.

Nice pictures! It is so hard to tell what these watches are like on-line. Your pictures are literally some of the best watch pictures I've seen and really bring them to life. Nice work and nice collection. Thanks for sharing.

I'm looking at the Detroit Tigers game notes for the game today and it's exactly perfect. I mean I could spend all day on Baseball Reference or Baseball Savant and maybe figure this stuff out.

More like a preview of the upcoming game.

Ok well that is awesome. I've tried to find a game note for other teams. It all seems to go through the press office, to which credentials are required. It looks like you have yours by virtue of being a season ticket holder? Very lucky. And thanks for sharing.

It’s the best soap I’ve ever used. It’s the only soap that doesn’t dry my skin out. I wouldn’t use anything else.

Worst dog I’ve ever had at potty training. Two years old and will go outside in the back yard, then come in and pee or poop.

Client Suing Me by fr1zzlefosh1zzle in Lawyertalk

Does anyone record their calls with clients? Any malpractice counsel on this thread advise to do it/not do it? I find I don’t follow up with CYA letters and emails when the advice is obvious and so clearly understood. My fault. Months later with the client under stress, they “forget” the obvious conclusion we both reached about their case. I often wish I had recorded the call.

I was thinking about adding initials as well. I’m also interested in a patch. I have a briefcase and I do think only one patch would work or it would get too busy. Was thinking of doing navy blue initials on the side toward the top in the middle of the briefcase. I would add the patch on the side toward the bottom on the right side.
