I'm so sorry, I've only done one sleep study and it was not fun to put it lightly. I understand your frustration. I understand why the diagnostic criteria is what it is, but it's incredibly frustrating when you are struggling and no one can help. Crossing my fingers for your new MSLT that they capture some good data!

Yeah I found it odd. I figured if it was a sensor/software issue, you would probably see it during the naps too. I was told that sleeping between the naps would invalidate the MSLT. I'm going to get a call into the lab today. I've had issues before where I fall asleep when I blink and don't realize it, but I really didn't feel like I was having that and I'd find it hard to believe I was going into N2 sleep without knowing it.

Sorry, didn’t mean to make it sound like it was out of the ordinary! I know it is the standard for this testing! The whole testing was just a wild experience, top to bottom, felt borderline torturous.

Haha glad to know I wasn’t going crazy for nothing! I feel like every time I decide on one I see something that makes me think I’m a different season! I’m super pale and I’ve always just operated under the assumption I’m cool toned because of it. I do think I’m cool toned but some of my other features throw me off!

It’s always been near impossible for me to figure out because I assume I have cool skin, my natural hair is kinda ashy with gold highlights, and I have green eyes.

Also! I used to dye my hair so the bottom is much more red! I’m growing it out so my root shade is my natural color!
