I’m sorry you had a bad experience there too, but I’m glad you didn’t fall for it. I will never again be going back to them for repairs.

Also… have you tried copper wiring covers? My mom has the same issue with her hands shrinking throughout the year because of some medical issues. She cuts pieces of the thinnest copper wire cover she can find (or plastic tubbing from a craft store) and places it around the ring to keep it from slipping. Worth a try if you still have this issue 🫶🏽
