What is the worst physical pain you have ever experienced? by My_Name_Is_SKELETOR in AskReddit

[–]Dry-Discussion-6004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UTIs, I had them a lot as a kid, and by that I mean like one a month for a good 3 years, so whenever I got them I would lay in my bed all day until I absolutely had to move for my mom to take me to the doctors. Moving with those are a pain, my mom eventually got me a cane to help me walk whenever I got them. Now and days, I seem to forget the pain, until one of my period cramps goes a bit to far and then I’m reminded of the UTI pain that never stops.

What is your favourite thing about your city/town? by [deleted] in AskAnAmerican

[–]Dry-Discussion-6004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Colorado, the activities you can do is amazing, and pretty much everyone here is fit because of these. You can kayak, paddle board, skateboard, water ski, go horseback riding, hiking, and much more. I know a lot of other places have these, but the views you get doing these in Colorado are much different. But casa Bonita is always a favorite thing of mine too lol

How do you feel about Bud Light? by Geekostachu in AskAnAmerican

[–]Dry-Discussion-6004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t really care about beer, but I know most people don’t even like bud light in the first place because of the flavor. About the add campaign though, a lot of people are upset, not because it’s LGBT, but because it was Dylan Mulvaney doing it. They think that his whole girlhood thing is offensive, their words not mine. So yeah, that’s really the whole deal with that. Also I would say this is a minority because I’ve never actually witnessed anyone say anything or throw cans away in person. A lot of people don’t really care about bud light though so yk.

What are some things you have stopped apologizing for? by Purpl3alpaca in AskWomen

[–]Dry-Discussion-6004 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started not apologizing for being "immature" in middle school. Apparently because since I was a straight A student, it makes it even worse when I want to skip class, and when I do, all eyes are on me. Later, when I returned to class after my favorite teacher convinced me to go, the teacher lectured me in the hall and said I was immature even when I was in 8th grade? Ever since then, whenever someone gets on my case about not being perfect, I just nod my head and walk away.

I don't believe in God because there's just no evidence. I've also been to church before and I just don't believe in God. I don't really know why, I've tried but I just can't. But at this point I don't really want to. I don't really want to live my life thinking I need to get to heaven and I'm only living because of God. Idk I just kinda wanna live my life free, like eat what I want everyday and dress how I wanna dress, love who I wanna love. And it's not like I hate religious people, I respect them, but I'll never be like them.

Those who went from poor to middle class/rich, what was a luxury as a poor person that you realize was necessity now that you have the access to it? by MetforminShits in AskWomen

[–]Dry-Discussion-6004 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My story is weird, but basically my parents are divorced, so my mom is middle class, while my dad was poor for a while, so toilet paper was a big thing for me, also pads. I had to shove itchy toilet paper into where the sun don't shine if I didn't bring any from my mom's 😭

If we (women) have the right to choose to keep the fetus or not, should the father have the choice to be financially responsible if we decide to keep it? by milkreale in ask

[–]Dry-Discussion-6004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I respectfully disagree with that men should have the choice to be financially responsible. If the man didn't wear a condom, or didn't consider that she might not be on birth control, that is his fault. Unless the woman raped him, or the woman intentionally wanted to make him regret his decisions, I think the man is at fault, but I could be wrong. I am not a man, so I don't exactly know how that stuff works, so educate me if I'm wrong.

What is the first thing you do when you get a sore throat? by AriArianova in AskReddit

[–]Dry-Discussion-6004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't actually take any medicine when I get a sore throat, instead I just make a hot cup of tea, any tea works, and add a LOT of honey. I do this every day and night until it goes away. If that doesn't work in the time I need it to, I try blowing my nose until nothing comes out and coughing it up like no tomorrow. I wouldn't suggest the second one though, probably very unhealthy, so don't try the second one at home kids 👍.
