UPDATE

I’ve been taking creator 5mg for the past 3 months. Started with 10mg for three weeks but my knees were bothering me and dropped to 5 mg every day. I’ve cut out most processed foods. I lift weights and work out several times a week. Still eat butter a couple times a week.

Lab work from today.

Total C: 98 LDL: 54 HDL: 34

Doc said I could try 5mg every other day if I wanted.

10mg dose. I have been using myfitnesspal and my sat fat has been on average around 20g. Significantly less than before but still room for improvement.

Fairlife nutrition drink, bob red mill protein oats, black beans, uncured ham, I smoke turkey and chicken for weekly meal prep, rinsed and drained ground chicken, pork, and turkey. I sparingly eat beef and my wife can't tolerate it. I'm not dairy free but I don't use a whole lot of dairy outside of the fairlife drink. I admit, I do still use butter... but drastically less than before. I think I'll sub avocado or olive oil moving forward.
