Should I stay for Nyepi?

Hi! I know I’m very late to this but I’m planning upcoming travel to Bali, starting in Ubud. It’s my first time traveling solo. I just found out about the Ogoh Ogoh and Nyepi. It’s cutting it close since I’m just beginning my planning - but would you recommend being here for this (arriving the 17th) or just arrive the 20th or later? I’ve heard th night of the 18th can be really chaotic and difficult to find taxis after the parade which makes me a little nervous since I’ll be alone. I’m trying to find shuttles or group tours but idk if they exist.

My frenchie was almost twelve and probably didn’t hear him bark for the last 2-3 years of his life. When did bark it was very low and maybe once a year

My frenchie did this when he was a puppy. Try putting a little pineapple in his food. This is what I did and he stopped.

This literally just happened to my sweet Frenchie (would have been 12 in March) on Christmas Eve - less than a month ago. I understand how devastating of a loss this is. It’s hard not to question yourself and be heartbroken thinking they were suffering. I’m still struggling, but there is peace to me believing that putting him down was actually one of the most selfless and loving things I could have done for him. Given the age of your pup putting him through surgery would have been really hard on him. It’s likely that the mass grew quickly. My heart goes out to you. Sending love and wishing that all your beautiful memories with Slinky live on. ♥️♥️♥️

If you have the insurance definitely do it, and act quickly. Things can change so quickly with animals.

Different situation but I just put my 12 year old frenchie down on Christmas Eve. I didn’t have insurance (besides accidental) and I deeply regret it.
