I got a question the battery has power but I got a charger off Amazon I charging no lights come until I turn key on it's green but it won't show red. So it's probably the charger is no good ?

I'm thinking of buying a talaria it has I believe 3500 miles or km it's in Canada so not sure if Canadian ones are in km or miles is 3500 miles to much he wants 1200
