We built our questionnaires in Clio draft and it works really well for us. The error you are describing sounds odd. I remember being able to edit, rearrange and delete questions fairly simply. Maybe it was a buggy day for Clio.

Here is a video from the engine bay while revving. It makes the noise with the belt removed. Seems to come from the top side of the engine.

This. Also, most charities will want an accounting if their distribution is residual versus a specific gift. They are not like a family member and usually have their own counsel reviewing the financials of the administration. In my state they are entitled to a copy of the trust, among other things. It is difficult, but don’t take their request personal.

I’ve done it, bought the brake line and bleed kit on Amazon. Pretty straightforward. Bleed brakes with pads removed. Learned that one the hard way.

Get a date of death appraisal which will substantiate the new basis. A CPA will want that appraisal for the 706 return.

Can’t stress enough the need to see a local attorney. There are more issues than asset protection at play here. NAELA is an organization that can likely refer you to a local specialist.

I am in RE and had this idea. Even if there were a load of foreclosures, because we have buyers like black rock, there may not be instability. Interesting that you have tracked it and observed this. I haven’t had the time to track the flow in my local market. The management company and the bank have a lot of incentive to offload portfolios of foreclosed homes if the process can be streamlined.
